It identifies paths to Roane County and West Virginia custody and court resources and may connect visitors with third-party research tools. Government agencies remain responsible for their own records.

The service is offered as is and as available. No promise is made that information or partner results will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error free, or suited to a particular purpose.
Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement by the Roane County Sheriff, WVDCR, a court, or another government office.
Limits on Liability
